THE LAW OF WORK

The worn fertilizes
the land soothes
the dew protects
the wind renews
the seed produces
the plow furrows
the hoe co-operates
the trunk sustains
the flower embalms
the fruit feeds
the stone holds
the fountain enriches
the thread shelters
the needle composes
the road closes
the signal informs
the bridges links
the feather writes
the hammer shapes
the hand-saw corrects
the roof houses
the table attends
the vase helps
the bulb clears
the bed helps
the conditioned flame and the home fire and the controled poison drop are medicines of cure.
Watch that, in this way,the law of work and the discipline, working together in you, though the facts and things, aparently without importance,
Everything acts,
everything obeys,
everything progresses,
everything answers,
everything serves.
And knowing that every creature must be useful as the skills they have, observe what you do with the treasure of the hours because the time called "today" is a resource in your favour,in the accountacy of the life, marking you for paying the "bills" for tomorrow.
